Our story
At the beginning of our journey there was the search for a space for our children where they would be happy, could grow and stay creative and we would be happy with them. We wanted a place that provided not only learning but also creates a space for community. The children's suggestion was: "let's start one!" And this idea was in our head for so long that the idea became a reality. Thanks to the support and help of friends-teachers, we got started - we created an educational group!
Why does DOBROdružstvo exist?
DOBROdružstvo creates a free, creative and safe space, where children and students can develop within a group and also discover their individual talents.

We all, however different, are creating a world where we look for what is common between us and build up on it.

We educate and help students grow in a respectful environment (academically, characterwise, socially, physically).
We help students form friendships by playing together, spending time outside and sharing joy.
We support students in independent thinking and using their knowledge in a practical manner while working on projects, experiments, creative writing, blogging, writing plays and essays.
We guide students to develop critical thinking, where seeing connections and good work ethic are more important than test scores.
We train effective communication skills, collaborating skills, flexibility, time management. we help them to develop their patience, tolerance and positive attitude towards life.
We let students discover their talents and accommodate their individual needs where we can.
We motivate students to set goals and motivate them to reach them by giving feedback.

Montessori education - helps children stay curious, motivated, gain deep knowledge and understanding, allows mistakes and learning from them.

Art, music, literature, philosophy - afternoon activities, gallery visits, creating a theater play, literature circles, reading books and discussing them
Sciences - getting to know the world, experiments, creating hypotheses and testing them

Virtues (diamonds of the soul) - we all are born with the ability to display virtues, but we need to train them in order to let them shine. Alfa and Beta is working on a different virtue each month and
Mentoring for Gama - building on the values that consider dignity of every human being, discovering how our talents can be beneficial for others
